Building review

I guess that I am entitled to a review after years of rending here. Here is my opinion: 1. Staff: the best 2. Heating/ air conditioning: good if your windows are refurbished. Most are not. 3. I guess that I am entitled to a review after years of rending here. Here is my opinion: 1. Staff: the best 2. Heating/ air conditioning: good if your windows are refurbished. Most are not. 3. Hot water: pathetic. There is simply NOT hot water 6:30am to 9am. 4. Health center. Looks great, breaks down often. Swimming pool closed down several times within a year. 5. General construction: very poor, very much in contrast with the "cathedral" lobby. You will have someone's kitchenware banging next to your head behind a wafer thin paper wall in the morning. 6. Soundproofing: huge problem. Construction noise penetrates and seems to be next door even if it is several floors away. 7. Crowd: some amazing people. However the crowd is very mixed and ...unmatched. Party noise, smoke from the ventilation and quiet families struggle to co-exist. 7. Elevators: not enough. Lines can be over 5 min during rush hours 8. Views: great for the south facing apartments but these have enormous noise because of nearby construction and because of facing the tunnel. The north views will soon be obstructed by a new mega construction. The noise from that will probably add to rather inhuman conditions. Overall verdict: The building struggles to cope with the amount of occupied apartments, facilities are not adequate and the sponsor is ignoring these and is busy planning a ...corridor refurbishment.
