Discussion about 300 West 23rd Street in Chelsea
This building has very very high mait due to fact that sponsor has all the retail income! The subway often times has a homeless encampment that the board and management ignore ( Wash the sidewalk every three hours so sidewalk always wet--the "problem" will go away.) al;so the bathroom in many one bedroom layouts is in bedroom--fixable at a big reno cost. lobby redone and looks great now!
