Am I better off waiting or biting the bullet now? I see slightly more supply in the UWS recently. I'm interested in a 2/3 bedroom on UWS, with open views and sunlight, open kitchen, decent zone elementary school, w/d, and central air would be a plus. Size does not matter as much as layout. West 70s/80s/low 90s and 1.5M would be ideal.
