not heat . when you came and rent at 70 dahill rd . they want to rent for high price but is one huge problem because they never give heat and all winter in complaint about heat and the money you pay is not worth it because you don't have the services what they are mention in the contract. no heat, hallways smell like cigarette, only 4 washer machine for whole building, very bad place for you kids. plus the manager always ignore you if you wanna talk to them
