Super wanted! Where to find?

We are looking for a new live-in super, but our managing agent can not find an appropriate candidate. We are in a very desirable neighborhood, in a good public school zone, the apartment is on a higher floor and quite nice. Are there any online forums, agencies or other sources that could help us?
