Does anyone have any info about the reputations of the developers or construction company? I believe one of the principals was involved with Manhattan house and that had many issues but am not sure if they are to blame. Have the issues with the rental building such as the elevator constantly being down been fixed and has the service staff improved? Are there any inherent issues with the building such as noise/sounds, insulation, smells/ventilation, leaks/plumbing or other recurring problems that may make? Why haven't they listed the sales on streetasy yet?
