Newer condo buildings on the UWS

I am looking to buy a 2 or 3 bedroom in a condo building, that is not pre-war and has good walls and floors such that I can't hear my neighbours and they can't hear me. I'm also concerned about bugs, cockroaches, etc. in older buildings. Finally, I like the flexibility to do as I please with subletting a condo. What are my options? West 70s, 80s, 90s are ideal as they are zoned for good schools.
