I've been looking at a studio at Coliseum Park and it is a great price, but I have heard from a broker and from someone who lives in the building that the board is impossible. Ridiculously hard to get approved and once you are in, they send nasty emails threatening harsh punishment if you break the rules, etc. I'm not sure if the board is the same for both 30 West 60th and 345 West 58th, but it is all one complex so I assume it is one board. Anyone heard similar things? I don't want to even bother with an offer if it's true. Thanks.
