Hi All - We're building a new mortgage lender data site that aims to help homeowners & buyers find the right mortgage lenders to work with for their next purchase or refinance. We collect important data from all of the actual mortgages made in NYC whereas we'll have the actual interest rates and terms made on properties all around NYC. So, next time you try to buy a home or refinance we'll be able to show you all of the lenders who have recently made loans on your property type and in your geographic area and what all of their terms looked like.
