Paper thin walls and trashy neighbors

Walls are paper thin in the building. I think it's because it was a rental conversion. I can hear my neighbors phone calls, moans and farts. It used to be predominately older people in the building. A lot have moved, but they were not able to sell because of the market crash, therefore they rent those units out. The renters are naturally gay given the location. You see tattooed people in the gym, and midnight booty call visitors all the time, especially weekends.
