I am thinking of purchasing here. Id be interested in knowing : i. how the "a " train runs on weekends and in general. Is the station clean, easy to maneuver? Ii. How r the financials of the buildings at 120, 140, 160, 180 and 200 Cabrini, iii. Any good things or bad things i should consider before purchasing?
