At first glance this building looks really nice -- nice looking kitchen and bathrooms, fancy appliances, and huge windows. But, beware, build quality is suspect. The windows let in a draft during the winter as well as water when it rains hard. Also if you look, you'll notice that they have not been washed on the outside in a very long time. You'll be told that the hood vents to the roof and it looks really nice, but if you look under they chose to install a very cheap fan inside that does not work well. Most of the moulding is made of wood, but the moulding around the doors is made of wood chips (a spongy material). All in all, while everything looks nice at first glance -- the workmanship and attention to detail is not there. Just pay close attention to the details please. They claim they intend to offer a 24/7 doorman -- but it has yet to be put in place. Please get it in writing before believing the promise.
