Discussion about 2 West 16th Street in Flatiron
The landlords, Katherine and Michael Brody, are miserable people with no regards for their tenants. We lived with mice and heat issues and nasty correspondence, on the rare occasions they did respond. We had to bring them to small claims court to get money from out security deposit back.
