Discussion about 21 East 22nd Street in Flatiron
Hi All, I am currently looking at this building. And while doing my "due diligence", I found out about this big development on 41 E 22nd on curbed (the same block). Sounds like a huge tower. Higher than one Madison. I was wondering if you would consider that a deal breaker ? Just wanted to hear the thoughts of the SE community on that (if any). Thanks a lot !
