Grogan and ass. Are the managing agents of this building in my opinon they are doing a terrible disservice to this building rodent issues leaks and in opinon slowly destroying this building due to there mismanagement ,7units have sold in the last year or so 3 more are on the market out of 23units I believe that tells the whole story I tried many ways to resolve the issues to no aval ,I have no choice at this point to let the press what is happening here hopefully they can bring about a entire investigation in grogan and the board m at beekman who is truly responsible since retained grogan continue to do as such thank you will keep you updatet
