I'm wondering what's going on with this building and its sponsors. After a round of price talks I got one back that I wanted to accept. Suddenly, they withdrew and told me that the apartment is not for sale anymore and they want to keep it to themselves. They were also very secretive about the parking spots they have for sale not allowing buyers to pick anything. All existing owners should be angry to see that the sponsors delay the sales adding to maintenance costs of empty apartments.
