Discussion about 221 East 50th Street in Turtle Bay
any idea why 1D is relisted at such a high price? we were at the open house with the previous broker and the price was only 230,000. after 2 months with no improvement but price is 30,000 more. any idea? 5E is much better with better view and only sold for $250,000.
