What is your opinion on this building?
The maintenance seems so high for a coop. What is their financial situation? And I do not get the variable square footage for the same units. The D units are anywhere from 800sqft to 1000sqft depending on the seller/landlord. What do you think about the neighborhood? I was considering making an offer on one of the apartments in this building but it was taken off the market...
