Be warned about this building. They've turned over nearly the entire building in the last 12-18 months. Just look at the transactions on StreetEasy. No one is staying. Consistent year-on-year increases of 20%+. I had a 2011 increase of 23% (which got negotiated down). This year they wanted another 16%. In three years, my rent has gone up by 45%. It's just pure greed. A Jr 4 for nearly $6,000. Come on, it's 900 sq/ft. You can find better places out there. Beside the fact that you'll never have a day of peace and quiet. Constant interior construction noise since I moved in 3 years ago. Exterior construction noise all year this year (imagine a jackhammer against your building's exterior wall). The interior walls are paper thin, I can hear my neighbors television so well, I can tell you what they watch. Elevators are constantly out of services, not available or several times stuck (NYC-FD called in type of thing). It's a mecca for families, so if you don't like fighting strollers all day and night ... this isn't the place for you.
