Discussion about 133 Mulberry Street in Little Italy
This building is in the process of converting to condo. The new management has been increasing the rent upon renewals by hundreds of dollars. Many tenants have moved out There is no one responsible to answer tenants calls Appliances break and it takes weeks to repair. Buyer beware. They do not do improvements of quality.
