building at 35-46 74th Street

Just a warning to those who are looking to rent in this building. The MAXIMUM AMPS able to be used at once is 15 AMPS. This is not much. During the spring/summer, one cannot use more than 2 air conditioners at once. This becomes more than a huge inconvenience, as there so many ways to blow a fuse in this building.. microwave, blender, AC, vacuum cleaner... and what's more is that the super does not supply the fuses. You must go out and buy them, and they are difficult to find. I suggest if you really want to move into this building, ask for at least $300-200 less than the asking price. It is not worth what they list for!
