This building is in total distress. It is highly neglected with a rampant rodent problem. We haven't had cooking gas for 6 weeks and no one knows what is going on and when this will be resolved. The lack of communication between the landlord and the tenants is despicable. Do not make the mistake of renting in this building as you will be sorry!!!
