Well, owners and renters at NSP 2. How has life been living at NSP 2? After around what 2 years or so for those of you who moved in at the beginning? How are the units? I still cannot get over how little closet space there is for these units with the prices charged for them. Maybe that is the trend with many of these newer buildings. How are the amenities, building services, staff, neighbors? How is life at NSP 2 in the context of living in the larger neighborhood of North Williamsburg and Brooklyn (for those of you branching out to other parts of Brooklyn)? Given the prices you paid, do you wish you had bought in Manhattan or are you happy with your choice of Williamsburg? For those commuting into Manhattan, how has the commute been (taking the L train, the ferry when available)? Please do share.
