Maybe I'm wrong, but it seems as though the never-transparent Shvo is offering these units both for rent and for sale. It's tough to say how many have sold (I've tried to calculate it, I think it's somewhere between half and two thirds), but they just dumped a number of units on the Streeteasy market (most "in contract" of course, typical Shvo), but the NYT's Sunday real estate section had a listing for rentals at all sizes from studios to 3 beds. Interesting.
