The broker at Elliman brags about previously getting the highest price in the building. Appears that this apartment was heavily custom renovated.
Anyway, priced at $2.2MM, and now down to $2MM ... looks like the seller tried to get the extra 10% but it wasn't working based on the general price range (and at $1575 psf, you could buy in the new buildings) and in this market.
