Huge increase in Common Charges...

Discussion about 500 Fourth Avenue in Gowanus
These apartments for sale have a $100-$120 dollar increase on the common charges since they have been on the market.I think they should lower the asking price of these units instead of "jacking up" the common charges...didn't you think we would notice?Only those who bought before September 2011 got a deal...now with the new prices not so much.
