We are considering buying an apartment on the UES. Our first choice place with regards to space and budget is going to be in LOGC zone, our daughter will go to elementary school in fall 2015. Shou D we go with the place despite it being zoned to a new school which I am apprehensive about since it will get a lot of crowd from the projects on 91st street, or should I try to find something in PS 290 or PS 158
