Discussion about 200 East 69th Street in Lenox Hill
I love this building! The manager is wonderful, the staff is friendly and you are guaranteed a view and balcony from most units. It has a gym as well as a garage. It is ideally located and it is a building which is run well. As a broker but also as an owner I can say without reservation that it is one of the nicest condo buildings around.
