I live on Prospect ave. (right behind this crap). I watched them build it from day one. The building is a total death trap. Anyone who is interested should look up the names Radusky and Katan. Radusky (not Karl Fisher) is the architect, and Katan is the Developer. Both are being sued by just about every person who ever bought a property that they were (in any way) involved in. Not to mention the adjoining neighbors. As just one example - Go look at the building in the middle of the block on Bergen st. between 3rd and 4th. All of the adjoining property owners (including those who live on the block behind the building) have had their properties damaged by these slime balls. They (Katan & Radusky) are being investigated by various agencies for their illegal practices including fraud. EX: They fraudulently claiming that this is a Karl Fisher designed building to hide Radusky's name because they know that it will (negatively) effect sales. Even though this has been a Radusky project. From start to finish. Keep in mind that as a condo owner you will be inheriting the problems that these scum will leave behind. Including the inevitable accelerated (substandard materials and workmanship) deterioration of your personal condo along with the rest of the property and any damage to the neighbors properties.
