Discussion about The Verdesian at 211 North End Avenue in Battery Park City
It seems like the prices here have gone up tremendously. Does anyone else agree? I am interested in renting but have heard of rents on one bedrooms going from 3300 to 3800 - can anyone verify that? What is driving this kind of increase? Interested in general thoughts on living in this building.
