Discussion about 425 West End Avenue in Upper West Side
Identical units, one floor up from eachother on the market (although mysteriously 6B is listed as 24 sq ft larger). 5B is priced at $10k more but is in disgusting condition (pink walls, heavy wall-to-wall carpeting, whole place smells like smoke) while 6B is in much better shape (although still would probably need a reno). How long until 5B takes the big chop?
