Liberty Green - fairly priced???

I looked at these rentals over the weekend and overall liked them. Beautiful lobby, nice finishes in apts, some good views. I am hesitant because the price for the space seems high. The spaces seem really small - smaller than the advertised sq feet - and closet space is sparce. To me, they seem priced 10% too high, even with the free month. Also, they charge a $650 yearly fee per unit for ammenities such as using the play room or roof deck - seems greedy. Interested in what others think. Several of the units I saw were spoken for already and the activity level in the office was quite high.
