The building is still very unfinished, even though they're moving people into "Phase 1," starting May 1. It'll probably be pretty cool when it's all done, but none of the really hot amenities are in place yet and they won't be for another year. They're giving a free one-year membership to the Club H on West 55th to "make up" for the construction site that will be this building for another year or so. We were only looking at the least expensive units and they're so-so. Decent finishes, but still overpriced IMHO. The block of 53rd between 10th and 11th isn't much to write home about just yet.
