Avalon move out policy?

Discussion about Riverview North at 4-75 48th Avenue in Hunters Point
I lived in Avalon Riverview North for two years. Now as I move out of the apartment, Avalon is hitting me with ridiculous move out charges. $240 labor for touching up wear and tear on the walls, $150 per sf for replacing wood on the floor that looks worn. The apartment was not new when we moved in, but now we are expected to give back an apartment that looks brand new. Has anyone had a similar experience with moving out of an Avalon building?
