Discussion about The Highpoint at 250 East 40th Street in Murray Hill
Whats the skinny on this building? There's nothing available now, but sounds like a good building. Common charges seem a bit high. I'm looking for something in the area. Any insights from someone with experience with the building / block would be helpful.
