DO NOT BUY OR RENT HERE!!!!! I am currently a tenant in the building. Do not be fooled by the updated look of the units. The plumbing is horrendous. The sinks and toilets constantly clog and you will be adding bottles of Drano to your weekly shopping list. When you put a work request in with the Super you usually get the response "that's not our responsibility" or they simply write on the work request form "completed" when obviously no work has been done. The greatest part about most of the building staff is that they complain about doing their actual job. Try scheduling a delivery, the super will come up with some lame excuse for the time you request, and don't even think about scheduling a delivery during his 90 MINUTE lunch break. You work for the tenants buddy!!!
