Right on top of or under (can't remember) the BQE.....and Cobble Hill my butt - more like red hook on a bad day. Horrible, unfriendly, uncaring salespeople. The receptionist didn't even know where he was. 1010 sf for 650K no closets, no storerooms, pollution galore. And get this ...... ALL the two bedrooms face brick walls. ALL OF THEM. Halstead should be drawn and quartered. This firm gets worse every day. I asked the dame who took us around - uh, excuse me, this glass shower door just bangs into the wall? There isn't a rubber stopper (this is in the miniscule 'master bath' ? she looked me straight in the eye and said 'no' rude, crude and unattractive - just like the apartments. The woman I was paired with on this 'tour' just kept rolling her eyeballs at me - as I did to her. Lazy Daisy didn't wink, blink, shrink, or even pretend to be friendly. What a hoot - and on a Sunday when the NYTimes Real Estate Section had a huge article on 'cutting the glitz' ....and what I want to know is where the other hundred or so apartments are in terms of listings/active sales/'contracts out' what a bunch of liars. .....and check out their thick marketing book..... as IF they were even near Cobble Hill....and give me a break "Van Voorhees Park" - right in the middle of the bqe? this place doesn't know that 2008 is now in the past - and that they are part of 'the dark ages' so to speak. Nine apartments in current availability? So where are the recorded sales/contracts out on the other zillion unis? [less]
