DKLB BKLN 's $3,500 2 BRs

Discussion about 80 Dekalb at 80 DeKalb Avenue in Fort Greene
What do people think of 80 Dekalb's going rate for a 2BR? It's quite a jump from their ~ $2,500 1 BRs. The building is 80% occupied -- but is that because all the studios / 1BRs and below have flown off the shelves, and now the 2BRs languishing?
