Discussion about 140 East 56th Street in Sutton Place
this building is awful...someone in the building owns over 25% of the units who is not the sponsor and you cannot qualify for a mortgage. it is against the rules of fannie mae and freddie mac. i caution anyone who tries to buy in this building!!!
