Noise around the Centria

Discussion about The Centria at 18 West 48th Street in Midtown
I hear that some of the owners in several of the lines are complaining due to early sound checks from the Today Show. Is this true? I also hear that the windows are not being cleaned as often as they should. Again, any information anyone could provide would be greatly appreciated.
