Discussion about 435 East 65th Street in Lenox Hill
Last summer there was a murder of an 89 year old man in this building; it was on a low floor and how would that effect the sale? also, who approved the lobby renovation? just way too much marble and mirrors. and why didn't they make the lobby handicapped accessible.
