We've seen the standard half- and full-floor plans in the ads, but those filed with the city show changes made for those in contract for the full floors. The PH plans show a huge master suite, a three-room and two-bath guest apartment, another guest suite, two-room and bath staff suite, many kids' suites (6 or 7; I lost track,) plus many ancillary rooms. Will carry about 10% of the CCs.
