On the first half of 2009 a lot of apartments were put on the market, but the overwhelming majority were withdrawn from the market without selling: some were withdrawn very quickly from the market. On the second half of 2009 new listings put on the market started to sell. Still new some new listings were withdrawn from the market very quickly. Any ideas why that is?
