The 2007 buyers of #1 are suing Corcoran, the sponsor, etc., alleging they were misled about drainage problems in the unit's cellar recreation room. The judge just tore Corcoran a new one about their deleting old e-mails, including one saying something like "Cancel the open house! Heavy rain forecast!"
