From what I understand, the hotel and the condos are under one common ownership with the hotel having an (approximate) 83% share of the ownership and the condo residents having 17%. All communally shared expenses (lobby, etc.) would be paid under those terms. Also, all decisions about the building would be determined according to those percentages. Would anyone be concerned, that the condo owners would have effectively Zero say in the building as they can always be outvoted? Or that expenses which would be for the most part used by the hotel would be subsidized by the condo owners?
