Can somebody translate "automated push-out windows" and "augmented by a unique 15’0” x 3’0” fritted glass room extension" for me? WTF are they talking about? "The Great Room provides wide-open space extending the entire width of 57 Irving’s eastern façade overlooking Irving Place.
