Just closed on Riverwalk Court one week ago. I can't be happier now. Now I am free from worring about dollar devaluating. I don't care about Land Lease, not being a Manhattan, tran issues.
The building is just a American Dream come true thing. It's fantastic. RI is gourgous island . And thanks to Related. They came to senses and did cut a lot . A LOT.
