Dwell95? You must mean Hell95. This luxury apartment building may lure you in with it's cute leasing associates, celebrity tenants, intoxicating music and mesmerizing decor but do not be fooled by all of this. When a pipe burst on the floor above me, it destroyed and damaged numerous belongings of mine including computers, carpets, furniture, and a mattress (I could go on and on); I was compensated for nothing and treated like absolute crap by management. For a month I was living in a temporary apartment without a working stove or freezer. In any other situation I would deal, but you have to remember, my roommate and I pay over $3,000 for rent to live in a studio apartment! I expect to get what I pay for! No one contacted me to keep me informed about the status of my flooded apartment or when we should expect to move back in. I wrote them a letter voicing my concerns and more than 2 weeks later without hearing a word from them (apparently they are not familiar with business etiquette) I had to call repeatedly to solicit a response in which they told me I lied about what I had written in my letter. I wonder what would happen if Chace Crawfords pent house apartment was affected by this? How much *ss kissing would management be doing? I am certain they would not tell him to sleep on the floor or slam the door in his face, like they did to me. [less]
