Discussion about The Oculus Condominium at 50 West 15th Street in Flatiron
Hello! How do the owners like living at this new buidling. Almost all apts have been sold and was wondering if you hear much noise if you are facing the back of the bldg say noise from 14th St? Has anyone heard if the bldgs on 14th st will be torn down anytime soon?
