Discussion about The Clock Tower at 1 Main Street in DUMBO
What's been your experience negotiating a rental (or sale) at 1 Main or 30 Main? Seems the brokers don't pass on your offer, or the sellers are completely unaware of comps. Just interested in whether it's a widespread phenomenom, as I'm new to the DUMBO market. Thanks.
